what to expect
First time meetings are exciting! They’re also easier when you have an idea of what to expect. So we want you to feel welcomed at Bridgepoint: here online and as you arrive on campus. If you’re wondering “What’s it like?”, we’ve listed information below to help you plan your visit.
We are a shared campus, so you’ll want to enter and park on the Clairmont Road side of the building where the playground is in view. One of us will be there to greet you! Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or hot cocoa and meet new friends at Bridgepoint. Or, if you’re running late and feeling under caffeinated, we’ve got you covered!
Feel the freedom to come dressed in a suit/tie, or t-shirt/shorts, or anything in-between! You will feel comfortable when you get here. We also print nametags for everyone – members and guests – to make introductions a little easier.
We meet each week at 10:45am. We have a blended worship service led by our Praise Team. We display song lyrics on TV screens for the service.
If your family has special needs, we would love to serve you! Please contact us at joinus@bridgepointtoco.com to discuss specific ways we can come alongside you when you visit. If you have hearing limitations, we have hearing assistance available.
We offer a Bible Study for adults. We also have two Bible Study classes geared toward our Senior Adults.
Sunday Morning:
- 9:30am
- Nursery
- 10:45am
- Nursery – Our littlest guests and members are welcomed to join our worship service or spend time with our nursery volunteers. Our nursery is also a great place for nursing mothers who desire more privacy.
- Preschool childcare – Preschoolers are invited to attend a Bible study and play time specifically designed for them. Healthy snacks are provided during this time.
We have procedures in place to ensure only designated family members can drop-off and pick up children. All of our staff and volunteers who work with children under 18 have gone through and cleared a background check as required by the state of Georgia.
Our student ministry (grades 6-12) seeks to engage, equip, and empower teenagers to be life long followers to Jesus Christ, and to teach others to do the same. We believe that students are missionaries to their schools, sports teams, and other social circles in the community. Our ultimate desire is to equip entire families to make disciples in their own homes. Bridgepoint Students currently meet on Wednesday nights. Contact Zach Morgan for more information.
